In the first half, Dr. Joel Wallach addressed alternative health approaches and the benefits of remedies and supplements that aid in the body's recovery from many diseases and ailments. Concerning glaucoma, osteoporosis in the skull may be a factor, and Vitamin D3 and MSM can be helpful, he said. A deficiency in lithium can cause people to become mentally imbalanced, he suggested, and hair analysis shows if a person has adequate levels of these minerals in their system. Consuming gluten products can reduce absorption efficiency, he reported, and is associated with stomach problems and diarrhea.
To quit smoking, Wallach recommended carrying a bottle of minerals (such as Strawberry-Kiwi Mins), and when craving a cigarette, take an ounce of the minerals, and then cut the cigarette in half and just smoke that. In the following weeks, the cigarettes can divided into progressively smaller amounts. A deficiency in minerals causes people to crave things, he explained. To avoid ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease), he advised eating 3-4 eggs (soft boiled or scrambled) three times a day, as well as full-fat yogurts, milk, and cheeses.

In the latter half, certified hypnotherapist, abduction researcher and Director of CERO (Close Encounter Resource Organization) Yvonne Smith shared accounts from her years of work as a hypnotherapist specializing in alien abduction. She believes the hybridization program is central to the aliens' agenda, as men and women repeatedly experience the removal of sperm and ova, and then during subsequent abductions are shown their children at different stages of growth. Further, she's concluded that some of these hybrids are already living here among us. While Professor David Jacobs has suggested that these hybrids were made to take over for humans, Smith allows for the possibility that these new type of beings may be here to help humanity (the aliens have often warned of impending ecological disaster).
Many of her clients have a type of PTSD associated with abductions-- some started having these experiences as early as 4-5 years old. They may only have scattered or incomplete conscious memories of the incidents, she explained, and through her hypnotic regressions they're able to access fuller recall. She disclosed that the late Budd Hopkins, who pioneered a method of using hypnosis with abductees, had been her mentor. Smith also presented details of a mass abduction case that took place on Coronado Island (near San Diego) in 1994-- witness accounts of the rare experience were revealed during her hypnosis sessions. Yvonne will be the featured guest at a luncheon in the Los Angeles area with George Noory and Tom Danheiser this coming Tuesday.
