In 1999, David Oman started helping his father build a house on Cielo Drive, next to where the infamous Sharon Tate murders took place. After two years of living in the house, Oman says every floor and room has spirits and visitors, and some have said that it's almost like a giant spirit party. He joined Jimmy Church (email) in the first half of the show to discuss what it's like living in this haunted home. "I don't feel like I'm alone... you feel like got a presence there," he said, suggesting the place is a vortex for thousands of spirits.
While the house was under construction, tools mysteriously moved around from floor to floor, Oman explained. A worker on the lower level of the house reported hearing voices and footsteps upstairs even though he was the only person in the house, he continued, noting that same worker heard something walking downstairs then felt an ice cold breeze on the back of his neck. According to Oman, his dogs avoid the lower level of the house. During the interview, Oman claimed the spirit of Sharon Tate was speaking to him about 'Beetlejuice' figurines that frequently get knocked over. Oman also said he recently heard three knocks on the front door but found nobody there when he opened it.

In the latter half of the program, psychic medium Chris Medina, who recently visited the Oman House, described what he experienced there. Medina reported becoming nauseated from the potent spirit energy upon first visiting the property. "I can feel something [there]," he said. Inside the house there was energy surrounding and protecting Oman, Medina reported, noting the vibe was welcoming and crowded like there was a spirit party in the living room. The shirtless spirit of Jimi Hendrix was there, he added. Medina confirmed the 'Beetlejuice' figurines mentioned by Oman do indeed fall over spontaneously. He also spoke about being contacted in his dreams by deceased conspiracy theorist and radio broadcaster William "Bill" Cooper.
