Appearing in the first half of the show, author Dorothy Cora Moore discussed her novel, The Atlanteans, and shared her extensive research on Atlantis. Moore said many of the ideas presented in her book were inspired by the work of famed psychic Edgar Cayce, who prophesied about the existence of the fabled lost continent.

According to Moore, Atlantis was a real island continent, roughly the size of the United States, located in the center of the North Atlantic Ocean. It was an advanced civilization ruled by 'metaphysical white magicians' who came to our planet from within our Milky Way galaxy, she added. Moore believes a catastrophic event occurred about 25,000 year ago that destroyed Atlantis and caused the Earth to wobble. Moore also spoke about George's late aunt, Dr. Shafica Karagulla, a noted psychiatrist who became fascinated with brain states and higher sense perception.

During Open Lines, George offered a special 'shapeshifting' hotline. Charlene in Pawtucket, RI remembered a teacher from her college days whose eye she watched transform into a black, hole-like oval. "I could see it move a little and I thought to myself, 'It's moving, it's actually breathing... this thing was studying me,'" Charlene explained. Aaron from Hawaii told George about a 'mystical place' in California where he and a friend saw the shadow of a rabbit hop to the edge of a cliff, stand up and walk away like a man. Bob in Queens, NY sang his 'Jingle Bell Yodel.'
