About the show

Inventor and co-founder of Pro Seed Technologies, John Burke presented some of the evidence he uncovered during more than 10 years of research that showed a surprising connection between ancient megalithic monuments and agriculture.

According to Burke, the ancients constructed their mammoth structures (between 4800 B.C. to A.D. 700) in order to increase food production. As an example, Burke pointed to the Olmec civilization—one of the earliest known civilizations in the Americas. He said that Olmec villages with an earthen mound (artificial hill) had a better standard of living than otherwise identical villages that did not have one. Agricultural seed brought by him to some of these mound sites dramatically increased their crop yield when planted, he noted.

Burke took readings from numerous megalithic sites and determined that these ancient structures attract and concentrate the planet's naturally occurring electromagnetic energy. It is this amplified earth energy that he credits with improving the performance of the seeds. In fact, Burke's company has successfully utilized the principles of this 'lost technology' to create seeds with greater resistance to free radicals and that produce more crops than untreated seeds.
