About the show

After reading the purportedly true story, Cursed by the Witch, George offered a 'Cursed' hotline during Open Lines for callers who believe they have been cursed or who have ever wanted to place a curse on someone else.

In the last hour, Rosemary Ellen Guileyphoned in to talk about ouija boards and curses. George also played audio from his 2003 interview with Harry Braun, in which Braun discussed the frozen head of Boston Red Socks' great, Ted Williams.

In the first hour, several guests appeared to share updates on various news stories. Financial consultant and Florida resident Joe Meyer gave a brief report on the fires burning across the Sunshine State. Meyer said there are currently fires in 55 of Florida's 67 counties. Next, Dr. Robin Falkov expressed concern about pending legislation that would restrict consumers' access to dietary supplements, and asked listeners to send comments to their congressmen by filling out a form letter available at her website. Then, Richard C. Hoagland provided an update on the underwater robot being tested at a Mexican lake as part of a NASA-funded project that may one day search for life on Jupiter's icy moon, Europa.

Professional numerologist Glynis McCants followed up on her Dancing with the Stars predictions from 3/22/07, in which she said couples Apollo & Julianne and Laila Ali & Maxim would be in the finals. Author Marc Zicree appeared in the second half hour for a discussion on the classic television series, The Twilight Zone, and its creator, Rod Serling. Zicree also talked about some of his upcoming projects.
