Election Special

About the show

In a special six-hour broadcast George Noory hosted an array of C2C regulars who offered their commentary and analysis as the election results came in.

"The democrats were an hour late and a dollar short," said spin expert John M. Curtis, who added that the election results point up the great divide in America between the urban centers and the rest of the country.

Next, investigative journalist Bev Harris expressed concern that massive tampering may have occurred in the vote tallies, as the modem connections used at voting facilities were not all secure from hackers. CyberWar columnist Charles R. Smith suggested that Kerry's choice of Edwards as a VP turned out to be a mistake, as he couldn't even carry his home state of North Carolina.

Author Steve Quayle followed, saying that the election results show the serious effect of terrorism, and he also suspects there may be civil disobedience in the wake of contested results from the voting.

"No matter who wins, we still lose," commented filmmaker/radio host Alex Jones who believes that this has been a staged election. Author Howard Bloom appeared next, and in sharing his analysis of bin Laden, he suggested that the al Qaeda leader may be looking at the election as an opportunity to create a civil war in America. And lastly, before an hour of Open Lines, intuitive Sean David Morton joined the show to check in on his previous prediction that Bush would win in a landslide.
