"I think I'm like a walking antenna," said parapsychological investigator, Michael J. Kouri who shared his history of seeing psychic emanations, dating back to his childhood. Kouri theorized that the soul is a type of electromagnetic energy, and mediums such as he, have the ability to tune or draw in the energy, and in his case, process it into a form. In fact, he said he sees spirits as solid forms rather than transparent.
Kouri said he has participated in or conducted many seances (which he calls "communication circles"), one of them being an attempt to contact Marilyn Monroe. He said he was surprised to see her come through after all this time, but her message was "please let me go." Kouri speculated that her large fan base may somehow keep her spirit bound to the Earthly plane.
Having investigated numerous haunted locations, Kouri noted one occasion when he was genuinely scared. It was while staying in a haunted room at the Hotel del Coronado in San Diego, where the television snapped on and began changing channels even after he had unplugged it. Then the shutters in the bathroom began banging in a Morse code style. He later learned that a woman had slit her wrists in the bathtub in the 1920's.
Haunted Firehouse & Elk Deaths
In the first half-hour, Stephen McInerny, the operations chief for the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida Fire Department discussed haunted firehouse reports at his former station. He said an apparition of man with a mustache and broad shoulders had been seen by numerous witnesses, and this description matched that of a firefighter who died in 1940, after being electrocuted while on a call.
Author Steve Quayle also appeared during the first hour to discuss the mysterious Elk deaths in Wyoming. Quayle said his sources in the area informed him that some type of chemical agent such as nerve gas could be responsible for the deaths and illnesses, and it was possibly a military experiment that went awry.
