Richard Spitzer has over 40 years of experience in consumer/business communications and market research. He has designed or managed thousands of studies about consumer markets, business trends, communications influence and future commercial and social environments. After working for consultancies and global marketers, he retired several years ago as EVP of NFO Worldwide, one the world’s largest marketing research firms. Rich led development of some of the earliest Internet-based survey research systems in the 1990’s and has continued to develop new methods for using Internet-based knowledge for eclectic analytics. He holds BS and MBA degrees in marketing and communications from Roosevelt University, Chicago.
