A graduate of the University of Chicago, Dr. Seifer wrote his doctoral dissertation on Nikola Tesla at Saybrook University. A retired psychology teacher from Roger Williams University, Marc, also a handwriting expert, has lectured at West Point Military Academy, the Open Center in New York, LucasFilms Industrial Light & Magic, at numerous Tesla conferences here and abroad, at both Oxford and Cambridge Universities in England, University of Vancouver in Canada, for the Academy of Science in Serbia and also at the United Nations.
With articles in Wired, Civilization, The Historian and Cerebrum, featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, the Economist and The Wall Street Journal, Dr. Seifer has appeared on the History Channel, Coast to Coast Radio with George Noory, The Uri Geller Show — web radio, NPR’s "All Things Considered," the BBC and Associated Press International. Seifer is also the author of The Rudy Styne Quadrilogy (consisting of four novels) and a true crime book called FRAMED! about a Rhode Island man falsely accused of murder.
