About the show

Appearing during the middle two hours, the co-founder of ConceptLabs, Peter Cochrane, discussed current and upcoming technologies in robotics and communications. 25 years from now, we might be edging into the world of sentient machines. Such machines would "not only operate autonomously, they'd also apply their intelligence to new situations that they've not been programmed for," he said. Dangers to humans might initially arise from the military with their creation of "hunter/killer robots."

We are beginning to see mixes of "silicon and flesh," in which biological entities are connected to computers, and prosthetic limbs are activated by impulses from human nerves, Cochrane noted. The electronic eye implant, allowing recipients to see crude pixelated images, seems to be showing more success than biological transplants, he added.

He also spoke about experiments around the "soul catcher memory chip" in which a person's life experiences are digitally stored. Gordon Bell carries a camera with him and his daily encounters are recorded in time lapse video.

UFO Congress Update

Appearing in the first hour, paranormal investigator Joshua P. Warren shared several updates after attending the UFO Congress in Laughlin, NV. Jaime Maussan presented photographs of a small alien-appearing creature that was killed by a rancher. It was either an unknown being or a very well done hoax, said Warren, who presented material on possible UFO crash debris at the conference.

UFO Disclosure

In the last hour, UFO disclosure activist Larry Bryant spoke about his Freedom of Information Request to obtain footage or information about Pres. Eisenhower's alleged inspection of alien artifacts. 16mm film of this event was said to be seen by a Feb. 3, 2009 caller to Coast to Coast named Bob.
