In the middle two hours, author and financial advisor Howard Ruff shared his investment tips and economic views. Here are some of the highlights:
- Real estate values have neared their peak and home prices will begin to fall, especially in expensive areas such as California.
- The stock market is trending downwards and will eventually fall to 4,000 at the bottom of its current cycle.
- Gold and silver are in the midst of a bull market, and will continue to be a good value for the next few years.
- Silver will especially rise in price because supplies are diminishing due to increased usage in industrial applications.
