Porcher Taylor

Biography:

Porcher Taylor is a West Point graduate and professor at the University of Richmond. He is an attorney and law professor who has strongly advocated to the U.S. Intelligence Community for nine years that full declassification of the Anomaly file in the area of Mt. Ararat would be a major victory for Turkish tourism and pride and a public relations bonanza for the CIA.
