Jerry "Kelly" Snyder retired from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in 1995. After retirement he joined Big Brothers and has mentored a child for the past five years. He also joined the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in 2001 to 2003 as a volunteer investigator working missing children cases. Kelly founded the group FIND ME in November of 2002 and realized that pure investigation and luck wasn't always enough to solve cases. That is when he decided to look into alternative investigative approaches and contacted a psychic. Since that time their group has found numerous missing individuals utilizing the psychic phenomenon along with the canine search and rescue professionals.
