Stephen Root is an Emmy Award-nominated actor and is one of today's most prolific character actors. He is principally known for his comedic work, but has won acclaim for his occasional dramatic roles. Among them, Stephen had a recurring role on the final two seasons of "The West Wing" for which he received an Emmy nomination. His voice is heard on the animated television series 'King of the Hill', and his most recognizable film role may be the mumbling, quirky Milton Waddams in 'Office Space.'
