Since 1986, journalist Howard Michael Riell has been involved in an ongoing series of supernatural and unexpectedly religious events similar to those described by the Biblical prophets. It started with "channeled" messages and went on to include ecstatic visions, accurate predictions of future events, hundreds of astounding coincidences, and communication with entities claiming to be, among others, Moses' brother Aaron and disciple Joshua, Jesus, Mary, and even God Himself. The central themes running through it all: (1) Jesus was not the divine figure described in the New Testament, and so Christianity should never have come into being; and (2) Riell, who is supposedly the reincarnated Adam and Thomas the Apostle, will ultimately be hailed as the true messiah once Christianity combines with Judaism to battle the gathering forces of darkness. Howard has written four books about his supernatural experiences.
