Bill Moore is the founder, publisher and editor of EVWorld.Com, which he launched in 1998 to cover developments in electric vehicle technology. Moore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in theology from Ambassador College in England. In 1994, he began designing web sites for major corporations in Omaha, as well as serving as an Internet "evangelist" for the AIM Institute.
Intrigued by electric car developments in California, Moore shifted his focus to creating an online 'zine to highlight the promise and problems of introducing efficient, non-polluting vehicles from bikes to buses to boats. In his capacity as publisher and editor, Moore interviews industry leaders, entrepreneurs, visionaries, engineers and policy makers including former CIA director James Woolsey and retired General Wesley Clark.
