John Horst is a cyber-security engineer with over 20 years information technology experience. He was elected to two terms on the Mira Mesa Community Planning Group and served as Secretary and Chairman for eight years. John is also the Pacific Fleet subject matter expert in Navy equipment readiness reporting.
