Biography:

Patrick Hammer is a meteorologist on 5 Eyewitness News in Saint Paul. In August 2005, Hammer worked in his hometown of San Francisco, California, at KTVU-TV as weekend meteorologist. Before that he spent two years as weekend meteorologist at KIRO-TV in Seattle, Washington, and two and a half years as morning meteorologist at KRQE-TV in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Hammer started his career by spending four years as the chief meteorologist at KNVN-TV in Chico, California.
