Biography:

Hazel Courteney is an award-winning journalist and author. She has worked as a health columnist for both the Daily Mail and The Sunday Times. After a lifetime of illness she decided that if she was ever going to become and stay well, she needed to take charge of her health. And today Hazel believes that 85% of chronic degenerative diseases and a host of common medical conditions could be avoided or cured if we could be more willing to make a few changes to our diet and lifestyle.
