HAARP Update & Area 51

Defense science writer and photojournalist Mark Farmer discussed the new operational status of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) and what researchers hope to find out by injecting megawatts of high frequency radio energy into the Earth's ionosphere.

Farmer said HAARP will give researchers a better understanding of how the Sun interacts with Earth's atmosphere, as well as provide some answers about what causes auroras. One day it may be possible to draw energy from the aurora, he forecasted. Regarding military uses, Farmer said HAARP could be used to modify areas of the ionosphere to detect stealth aircraft or underground facilities. With enough power, HAARP could be used to short out satellites and even modify weather, he hypothesized.

Farmer provided his insights on the operations at Area 51. He said sources have told him that we have alien technology there, and while he was unable to confirm this, Farmer does not discount that we have made contact with aliens. He also said there are new secret strike aircraft, sub-orbital space planes and directed energy weapons being tested by the U.S. military.

U.N. Law During Health Emergencies

Joining George for the first hour and a half of the program, Jerome Corsi commented on a recent plan that places the U.S. (as well as Canada and Mexico) under U.N. law during flu pandemics (see Corsi's WorldNetDaily.com article).

Since 2003 there have been only 246 reported cases of avian flu and 144 deaths worldwide, Corsi explained. In light of this, Corsi views the U.N. plan as a power grab to gain supremacy for international law over national law, a move that will further erode the sovereignty of the United States, he said.

Corsi also commented on tensions between the U.S. and Iran. He believes President Bush is looking for any justification he can find to attack Iran. "If George Bush wants to use war with Iran as a pretext to stay in office, he ought to be impeached," Corsi declared.
