Revealing Spiritual Truth

Date

Hosted byArt Bell

Saturday's main guest, author Maurice Cotterell revealed that the 28-day Sun cycle regulates fertility on Earth and determines the personality of developing fetuses in the womb. This explains (as astrology claims) why people born in the same period have similar personality traits. Cotterell went on to say that long-term magnetic reversals on the Sun cause the periodic and catastrophic destruction of Earth every few thousand years. He says the next shift is due to happen in 4490 A.D.

Cotterell believes that the ancient sun-worshiping civilizations (from the Egyptians to the Mayans) understood the Sun cycle and have left behind messages for themselves (and us) in the form of pictures carved into archaeological treasures. These "pictures" explain the spiritual mysteries of life and, according to Cotterell, "teach us how to purify our souls" so that we can advance to a higher form in the next reincarnation.

Our ultimate goal, says Cotterell, is to become one with God -- a process that could take thousands of times to finally get right. He likened the reincarnation cycle to riding on an elevator in a 100-story building: sometimes we enter onto a higher floor, other times we exit to a lower level. We get closer to the top floor (heaven) as we increase our "soul voltage" by following the truths left behind for us, Cotterell concluded.

Libertarian Party

Michael Badnarik, the Libertarian candidate for president, joined Art during the first hour of Saturday's show to discuss his party and current political issues. Badnarik said Libertarians were similar to Republicans in their belief that the size of government should be decreased, and similar to Democrats in their opinion that individuals should be free to do whatever they choose, as long as it does not hurt anyone else.

He went on to declare the war in Iraq unconstitutional and suggested that if he were president, the troops would be brought home as quickly and safely as possible. Badnarik also asserted that the Patriot Act is "patently unconstitutional," as it violates the fourth and sixth amendments, and should be repealed.
