Dr. Paul Kingsbury is a Professor of Geography at Simon Fraser University. His current research project examines the growth and mainstreaming of paranormal investigation cultures through a study of the lived spaces of organizations and individuals’ research activities. Halfway through this four-year project, he has attended UFO, Bigfoot, and Crop Circle conferences in the USA and UK, as well as engaged in fieldwork with ghost investigators, C-SETI, and skywatcher Charles Lamoureux in the Vancouver region. His future plans include participating in Bigfoot expeditions in the Pacific Northwest, organizing an international UAP research symposium, as well as publishing a sole-authored book and journal articles with his graduate students.
