William E. Kelly

William E. Kelly lives in Brown's Mill, NJ and has done independent research into the assassination of President Kennedy since the 1970s. A journalist by trade, his articles have appeared over the years in both print and online forums and newspapers. He is an expert on Lee Harvey Oswald and the Cuban connection to the case. A co-founder of the Committee for an Open Archives in 1990, and co-author of Open Archives magazine, he is currently campaigning for a Congressional oversight committee to hold a legally mandated review on the performance of the JFK Assassination Records Act. He also supports creation of a Grand Jury to reopen the investigation into the unsolved homicide of President Kennedy. A regular speaker at COPA, Kelly is a researcher's researcher and has kept up to date on new documents, books and areas of research into the case.
