Adam C. Hall formed Renaissance Holdings in 1989, a Regional Real Estate Development and Investment Banking Firm. Since that time, Mr. Hall has acquired, developed, and redeveloped a broad range of real estate asset classes, including land development. He also has extensive expertise in structured finance, having raised in excess of $1.5 billion in equity and debt from private and institutional sources alike, resulting an exceptionally broad range of high net worth and institutional capital relationships. In 2007, he began to acquire large tracts of land for conservation un‐development. Mr. Hall has 27 years of expertise in all facets of real estate.
