Gerard Adams is the president of the National Inflation Association. He first started investing at a very early age, and quickly recognized that the internet was becoming a powerful tool for information. Mr. Adams noticed that there were only two online investment forums where traders could communicate about stocks and other investment opportunities. These two forums were filled with propaganda, so Gerard decided to create the first stock chat room to incorporate a rating system for its members similar to eBay's system. Each member enrolled could rank other members with a 1 to 5 star and color coordinated rating system.
Gerard Adams quickly became one of the top stock picking gurus on this chat room long before Facebook or MySpace. The website ranked in the top 50,000 websites on the internet by Alexa and as the forum grew, so did Gerard's notoriety. Mr. Adams started getting contacted by publicly traded companies to write about them and receive investor awareness based on his research abilities and passion for financial writing. Gerard decided to sell the forum and start his own Investor Relations and Financial Marketing Company on the web.
