NASA's 2015 budget request from the Federal government provides insights into which realms of research the agency plans to focus on in coming years. The design of a dark energy and exoplanet observatory as well as a probe specifically created to study Jupiter's moon Europa (pictured) are two new projects which NASA hopes to start via funding from their 2015 budget.
